A global maritime company is seeking a qualified SHEQ Officer for a rotational position based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards across operations, with an emphasis on towage and offshore services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to SHEQ regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide SHEQ training and guidance to crew members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in environmental and safety performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of SHEQ experience, ideally within towage or offshore services.
  • Familiarity with tug vessel operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international SHEQ standards and maritime regulations.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Ability to work on a rotational schedule (on/off).
