Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a company that specializes in the manufacturing of precision machinery and equipment for marine use to identify, attract and engage an experienced Mechanical Engineer.

This role requires to assist and support users, works to identify and find solutions to product quality and reliability problems and carry out onsite containment actions when required.

Perform replacement of parts and assemblies for marine engines
Under the guide of service engineer, works from service manuals, maintenance manuals, and facility equipment schematics
Performs tasks with minimum supervision using experience and good judgment
Must be able to operate all maintenance equipment and exercise all construction equipment safely for intended purpose
Communicates verbally in an effective manner with technical staff, other employees and vendors on facility equipment problems or suggested improvements
