Your challenge:
Do you find ownership important? You will be in control of the coordination from the quote to service orders. The ability to form these close internal and external relationships is key to this role.
You are able to check in with vessel agents, confirm engineer schedules, complete service reports and send them to customers. This role is fast-paced and you will need to utilize your flexibility skills along with organization & communication to perform.
Working closely with the internal sales team, you will coordinate parts, services, engineers & vessels. Following up with the customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services.
Have you worked with an ERP tool before?

Have you had recent experience as a service coordinator in the Marine electronics/engineering sector?
