Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate Port Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) and Final Disbursement Accounts (FDAs).
- Oversee all aspects of vessel operations during port calls, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with local port authorities, clients, and service providers to plan and execute port activities.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, keeping principals informed throughout.
- Arrange and manage crew changes, transport, and delivery of necessary items to and from the vessel.
- Ensure operational data is accurately entered into internal systems in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control prefunding to ensure sufficient funds are available for all port activities.
- Uphold high safety standards by adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Continuously seek improvements in operational procedures for greater efficiency.
- Experience: Prior agency experience is essential; ship agents looking to transition to an office-based role are welcome too.
- Location: Based locally in the Netherlands.
- Skills: Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.

- Allowances: €200 monthly lunch allowance and €200 monthly travel allowance + additional €100 once a month for night call.
