A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office and Facilities Coordinator, to join the market leading clean technology company standing at the forefront of ship efficiency solutions and maritime decarbonisation.

Reporting To:
Vice President of Corporate Services

Location: 
London Office (Office Based Position: Monday - Friday)

This is a highly visible and demanding role, serving as the welcoming face of the Head Office. This office houses our Founder and CEO and is the venue for
regular board meetings, making it essential you support the establishment and management of the HQ effectively.
The Office and Facilities Coordinator position is crucial in ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently, optimizing its use by our team members while maintaining a polished and professional outward image to customers and other stakeholders.
Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Services, this role is part of a broader business support function and may occasionally require you to provide support across other business areas during periods of absence.
We are seeking a proactive team member with extensive office management and event coordination experience, who is passionate about contributing to the growth of the businesses' marine sector and enhancing the vibrancy and productivity of our HQ.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in office management. Experience within event coordination would also be desirable.
  • Dynamic and proactive personality and happy to take ownership of the role with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Proactive response to the office environment and the ability to self-start are essential.
  • Ability to work within a demanding and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organisation, up to and including the CEO.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 in Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
  • Experience in SharePoint would be beneficial.
  • Holding a degree qualification would be desirable.
  • Ability to commute and work in office 5 days per week.
