Your Role:

Conduct ship and marine structure surveys for compliance with class and statutory requirements
Apply regulatory and technical standards to vessel assessments
Prepare and maintain detailed, technically accurate reports
Plan and coordinate surveying activities and audits
Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance as required
Conduct routine class and statutory surveys
Manage client relationships and regulatory liaison

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

8+ years of experience in marine engineering, ship inspections, or classification surveys
Experience with an IACS member Classification Society
Qualification in Renewal Surveys, ISM, ISPS, and MLC Audits
Strong understanding of ship structures, engineering systems, and shipbuilding practices
Ability to interpret engineering plans and vessel specifications
