Your Role
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of experienced chefs.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
- Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury cruise line, five-star hotel, or Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Valid STCW certification and C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain).
- Work with a prestigious luxury cruise brand.
- 5 months on, 2 months off rotation.
- Salary above $5400 per month on board.
- Travel the world while advancing your career.
