Faststream Recruitment is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a leading ultra luxury cruise line. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while leading a dynamic team at sea.

Your Role
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of experienced chefs.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury cruise line, five-star hotel, or Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid STCW certification and C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain).
