Faststream is working with an international leader in the maritime industry, providing an e-procurement platform to streamline purchasing for owners and managers.
We are working together in search of a Senior Sales Manager, in this role you will be responsible for new business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth. You will engage directly with maritime professionals, promote our e-procurement platform, and establish long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new business within Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring strong follow-up and deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a maritime-related field
- 5+ years of consultative/solutions sales experience, ideally within the maritime industry
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
