Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine clients' exposure to marine-related risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior brokers.
- Prepare and present reports on brokerage activities, client accounts, and market conditions to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marine insurance, with a proven track record in broking.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Chartered Insurance Broker) are preferred.
