The Senior Dry Docking Superintendent will oversee all aspects of dry docking operations and green technology installations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dry docking procedures, a strong understanding of green technology, and have executed such project within Chinese shipyards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise dry docking operations, ensuring all activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage the installation of green technologies.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of vessels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to dry docking activities.
