Position Overview:
As a Senior Bunker Broker, you will be an integral part of our client's bunker trading and brokerage team, responsible for managing and optimizing the supply and procurement of marine fuels and related products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers while actively contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate bunker fuel contracts and secure favorable terms for the company and its clients.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply and demand dynamics.
- Execute bunker fuel trades and manage trade operations efficiently.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on their bunker procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Mentor and support junior brokers in the team.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market trends and trading activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bunker brokering and trading.
- Strong network and relationships within the bunker industry in the UAE and beyond.
- Proven track record of successfully closing bunker fuel deals is a must.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
