Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in marine equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and outreach.
- Conduct product presentations to showcase our marine equipment's value.
- Negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote our brand
- Proven sales professional in the marine industry.
- Experienced in sales strategies, key account management, and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: 3 to 5 years of sales management experience.
