Are you a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the marine industry? Our client, a leading provider of marine equipment, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead their sales efforts and drive growth in this exciting sector.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in marine equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations to showcase our marine equipment's value.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote our brand

  • Proven sales professional in the marine industry.
  • Experienced in sales strategies, key account management, and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of sales management experience.
