Together we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with an extensive network in the maritime industry to join their growing team.

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the business growth across Europe. This position requires a hunter personality who is proactive in generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying leads to closing deals and transitioning clients to the account management team. The role demands frequent travel throughout Europe to engage with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the maritime industry
  • Leverage your extensive network of owners, managers, and charterers to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
  • Present our ERP and fleet management solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits and ROI
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition of new clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
  • Travel throughout Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in the maritime industry
  • An extensive network of contacts among ship owners, managers, and charterers
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP solutions, and fleet management software
  • Ability to travel frequently across Europe
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
