Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development Manager looking for a job change in 2025? Faststream are working with a renowned, Marine OEM/ survival solutions company who are looking to hire in their UK/ Midlands based office due to a busy pipeline of work.

This business are known for their cutting edge technology and have a global presence in the Maritime market, working in the Commercial, Leisure and Emergency sectors.

They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to join the team, ideally based in their office with some flexible working and travelling also.

What we’re looking for
  • Ideally 5 - 15 years business development or key account management, ideally within the marine industry.
  • Proven expertise in delivering value propositions and managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel as required, with a valid UK driving license.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Marine market, any background in offshore, leisure or commercial sales beneficial
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive external sales and business development to achieve budgetary and strategic goals for all sectors in the UK market.
  • Expand product sales within the marine leisure and offshore market.
  • Oversee business development activities to deliver new customer growth plans.
  • Regularly report sales pipelines, future opportunities, and competitor analysis
