They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to join the team, ideally based in their office with some flexible working and travelling also.
What we’re looking for
- Ideally 5 - 15 years business development or key account management, ideally within the marine industry.
- Proven expertise in delivering value propositions and managing key accounts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel as required, with a valid UK driving license.
- Knowledge and experience of the Marine market, any background in offshore, leisure or commercial sales beneficial
- Drive external sales and business development to achieve budgetary and strategic goals for all sectors in the UK market.
- Expand product sales within the marine leisure and offshore market.
- Oversee business development activities to deliver new customer growth plans.
- Regularly report sales pipelines, future opportunities, and competitor analysis
