Faststream are working with a global leader in the Marine sector with offices globally, who are currently looking to hire a talented Sales Manager to join the team. This role can be based in the UK, ideally in Hampshire or Scotland, this will include some home working and national travelling also.

This role for a Sales Manager will be for someone who is results driven, a strong sales background in the Maritime sector ideally OEM type businesses and will be confident in nurturing key accounts as well as business development to grow their customer network.  

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, delivering strong business results.
  • Skilled in technical and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with contract development and market expansion, customer level negotiation and knowledge of liabilities/ warranties
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive new project sales.
  • Lead sales projects, set targets, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop local markets and maintain a CRM pipeline.
  • Present tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Negotiate complex support contracts and assist with budget planning.
