The role involves overseeing the Service Sales in North and South China with a focus on professional, diligent, and profitable operations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing service sales and business development strategies, strengthening the sales organization, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
The Sales Manager is expected to have technical proficiency, a relevant university degree, and a deep understanding of the China business culture.
The candidate should also demonstrate measurable results in achieving operational improvements in the marine/stationary industry and have in-depth knowledge of the marine market, including the stationary power market.
