Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and managing key accounts? We’re looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our customers team and drive business growth in the maritime sector. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leader in charter trading, brokering, and agency services.

You would be working in a leading international company, specialising in ship agency, maritime logistics, and operations. With a presence in thousands of port locations globally, they deliver reliable and efficient support across the sector.

The Role:
  • Split Focus: 50% new business development, 50% account management.
  • Client-Focused: Meet, entertain, and build relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients.
  • Strategic Selling: Leverage their global network and operational expertise to drive success.
  • Remote Work: Enjoy 100% work-from-home flexibility, with client-facing activity 3 days per week.
What are they looking for?
  • Experience: Sales/BD background, ideally in the maritime industry, operational/agency expertise.
  • Skills: Proven ability to win new business, close deals, manage accounts, and thrive in a client-driven environment.
  • Mindset: Energetic, positive, opportunity focused, persistent, strategic, adaptable, results driven and motivated to win new business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with maritime terminology, charter trading, or husbandry is a plus.
