Sales Executive
Main Purpose
Support the Americas Commercial Director with analysis, customer interactions, coordination with internal teams, and leading marketing efforts in alignment with the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze pricing for tenders, projects, and customer interactions in the Americas.
  • Update CRM (Salesforce) with contact details, opportunities, and sales funnel follow-ups.
  • Produce performance reports and presentations for commercial and customer service KPIs.
  • Map stakeholders, build customer relationships, and assist with customer interactions.
  • Lead marketing efforts in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, including:
    • Managing inbound marketing (SEO, SEM, HubSpot, content).
    • Creating digital marketing materials and conducting market analysis.
    • Managing social media, maintaining service maps, and organizing events.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Assist with office administration and IT setup as needed.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Americas Commercial Director with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
Key Contacts
Interacts with the Head of Marketing, internal teams, and customers to align on analysis, pricing, service delivery, and marketing strategies.
Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years in shipping/maritime, sales, or sales support.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, English, and team collaboration.
  • Experience with marketing, social media, and tools like HubSpot, Canva, and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Proactive, driven, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a hybrid role.
