Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in the maritime and digital solutions space, is seeking a high-performing global sales executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This individual contributor role will focus on maximizing sales potential, crafting sales strategies, and achieving company topline targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Support digital sales initiatives, including SaaS traction and strategic marketing efforts.

Ideal Candidate:
- 6-10 years of global Sales & BD experience, preferably in maritime, IT, or SaaS industries.
- Strong background in contracting, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Proven success in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
