Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Risk Manager for a prominent international maritime company. This role focuses on elevating risk management practices for a diverse fleet, ensuring safety and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the fleet’s risk management strategy.
- Maintain and update the risk register.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to fleet safety, including fire safety and technical failures.
- Lead and coach teams on risk management practices.
Experience Required
- 5+ years in a risk management role, preferably in shipping.
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
