What You’ll Do
  • Source and procure spares & stores for vessels efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Track vessel movements, coordinate store schedules, and manage warehouse logistics
  • Oversee vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure timely payments
  • Support fleet teams and assist in dry dock procurement
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth system operations

What We’re Looking For: 
  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Experience in procurement/purchasing in a ship management setup.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & excellent English communication
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
