The Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the port, acting as the key point of contact for all maritime activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing port operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
* Acting as Harbour Master, ensuring the safe navigation and berthing of vessels.
* Maintaining compliance with maritime laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
* Coordinating with internal teams, port authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Driving operational improvements while keeping safety and customer satisfaction at the forefront.
This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive leader with a strong maritime background and a passion for operational excellence.

You be an experienced maritime professional, ready to bring your leadership skills to one of the most respected names in ferry operations.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
* A proven track record in port or harbour management.
* Maritime qualifications, You will need to have sailed as Master and have relevant shore based experience
* Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and environmental practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a dedicated team.
