Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lashing and lifting plans to safely load cargo from shore to ship.
- Oversee loading operations, supervise port procedures, and collaborate closely with the vessel's Master.
- Provide hands-on assistance at loading ports when required, ensuring all procedures are carried out efficiently and safely.
- Support the commercial and operational teams in planning and executing project cargo shipments.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Port Captain or in a similar role.
- Solid background in handling project cargo, ideally with windmill cargo experience.
- Proven experience creating lashing and lifting plans.
- Master Unlimited qualification preferred but not required.
- Previous sea-going experience, especially on project cargo vessels.
- Experience working with MPP vessels and heavy-duty cranes is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
