Fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support an Executive level member of the team, within a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and meetings.
- Provide communication and administrative support.
- Coordinate HR activities and team events.
- Handle international travel arrangements.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Prepare presentation materials and manage expenses.
- Experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant at senior level.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Experience in the Marine/Maritime/Shipping sector is preferred but by no means essential.
