Job Description:
- Ensure smooth operations of vessels, delivering high-quality service.
- Plan voyages and coordinate cargo intake and bunker requirements.
- Oversee freight invoicing, hire payments, and port disbursements.
- Approve cargo documentation and monitor ship performance.
- Monitor profit & loss calculations for voyages and explain results.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Handy and Supramax trades experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented.
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills.
