We've partner up with a global shipping company who's seeking a detail-oriented Post -Fixture Documentation professional to join their expanding team in Singapore. This role ensures the smooth execution of documentation processes, compliance with maritime regulations, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
What you need to do?
- Handle post-fixture documentation, including invoicing and follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Generate and oversee shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Manifests documents, and Letters of Indemnity, ensuring their accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Maintain and update records within the maritime documentation system for seamless workflow. (IMOS and CDS)
- Collaborate with charterers, agents, and internal teams to ensure the timely processing of documents.
- Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure seamless document processing and regulatory compliance.
Main requiements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- With at least 5 years of experience in documentation, vessel operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of maritime shipping procedures and documentation.
