Our client is seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to join their team. This role involves overseeing key aspects of vessel management, including husbandry and boarding services, to ensure smooth and efficient operations for ship owners, operators, and charterers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Husbandry Services: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of vessel husbandry, including provisioning, bunkering, crew management, and waste disposal. Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Boarding Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for vessel arrivals and departures, managing inward and outward clearances, arranging tugs and pilots, and coordinating with port authorities.
  • Crew Assistance: Facilitate crew changes, medical services, shore leave, and transportation. Handle crew-related documentation, visas, and accommodations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for any necessary repairs, maintenance, or inspections while the vessel is in port. Ensure that all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with customs, immigration, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage all required documentation and paperwork.
  • Financial Management: Handling port-related expenses and disbursements, including port fees, pilotage, and other charges associated with the vessel's stay
Key Respo:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in maritime operations, specifically in husbandry and boarding services.
  • Familiarity with port operations, customs regulations, and maritime compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Relevant diploma or certification in maritime studies, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
