Our international client is looking for an experienced Boarding Agent / Port Agent operator for their Houston operations. Candidates must have Tanker experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Can you maintain professional relationships with principals, sub-agents, local authorities, and other related entities?
- How do you handle customer complaints? Can you respond promptly and resolutely?
- Are you proactive in suggesting potential new business opportunities to management?
- Are you flexible enough to take on other duties as assigned?
