Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing freight-forwarding industry looking for talented National Sales Manager. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
