- Troubleshoot machinery issues and propose repair solutions to clients based on breakdown assessments and operational performance.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings with teams before job commencement, emphasizing safety and promoting safe work practices at all times.
- Ensure all repair, maintenance, and overhaul tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe and according to customer specifications.
- Provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations for new inquiries, and carefully manage costs to stay within the allocated budget.
- Complete service reports promptly after project completion, documenting all work performed and outcomes.
