Join a high-performing, globally connected team that is as sharp as they are agile. As a Marine Insurance Broker, you'll be at the helm—driving client relationships, delivering tailored risk solutions, and navigating complex insurance lines like H&M and P&I with confidence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shipowners, cargo owners, freight forwarders, and marine operators.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide customized risk management solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers and underwriters to obtain optimal coverage.
  • Manage the placement and renewal of marine insurance policies, including Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity (P&I), Cargo, and Marine Liability.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient claims handling, working closely with claims teams to support clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including risk analysts and legal advisors, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and policy documentation for clients
Requirements:
  • Strong grasp of the English language and results driven
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth in competitive markets.
  • Excellent negotiating, networking, influencing, and organizational skills, as well as a strong interpersonal ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Independent and determined, resourceful, and highly driven, with hands-on experience, strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-pacing and high-pressure situations and possess a keen business acumen. Ability to inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders.
  • Resilient and consistently motivated to achieve success
Cross regional experience, especially in the European market, is a huge plus
