What You’ll Do:
- Lead the management of daily operations for our client’s fleet of owned and chartered vessels.
- Create and oversee accurate voyage P&L reports and work closely with the accounting team on accruals.
- Ensure timely and precise data entry into the company’s maritime ERP system (IMOS).
- Monitor and report on daily cash flows, covering all expenses from hire statements to port disbursement accounts.
- Track and analyze chartering exposures and P&L weekly through IMOS.
- Tackle additional operational tasks as directed by management.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in dry-bulk vessel operations, particularly with a focus on marine accounting.
- Proficient in maritime ERP systems, especially IMOS.
- Possess a solid understanding of charter parties and dry bulk carrier operations.
- Hold a Diploma or higher in Maritime Studies or a related field.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
