Faststream is recruiting for for a KSA - Country Manager for a well known established offshore ship owning company. With ambitious plans ahead for the company they are looking to have a forward thinking experienced Country Manager to sit out of their Saudi Arabian office. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the business strategy for chartering, aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Lead and manage key account relationships and oversee commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure operational excellence by fostering a high-performance culture, maintaining safety, and managing costs.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers, government, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events in the Middle East.
Role Details:
  • Reports directly to the Executive Chief Executive Officer (ECEO).
  • 5 direct reports locally.
  • The company owns 20 vessels and employs 70 people across the country.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in senior management within the maritime industry, with strong P&L experience.
  • Deep knowledge of maritime operations and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
