We are seeking an experienced and qualified Technical Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a fleet in the Caspian Region, ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards.

This is an expat role, offering a tax-free salary, paid accommodation, relocation, and in-country sponsorship.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Chief Engineer Unlimited License.
  • 5+ years of shore-based experience as Technical Manager or in a similar role
  • Extensive experience with AHTS or DP vessels from a shore-based perspective or from time spent at sea.
  • Sailing experience as Chief Engineer on offshore vessels.
  • Strong team management skills (10-12 personnel).
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Willingness to be permanently based in the Caspian region.
