We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow and manage key relationships in the marine sector across Jiangsu, Shanghai, and Zhejiang. If you have a strong background in maritime or marine coatings, are commercially savvy, and enjoy building long-term partnerships — this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marine clients in the assigned territory.
- Drive value-based selling to strategic customers, including regular client visits, reporting, and preparing competitive quotations.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the Salesforce CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
- Manage sales forecasting, customer collections, and credit control to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and cash flow.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the maritime, shipbuilding, or marine coatings industry.
- Strong understanding of technical and financial terminology relevant to the sector.
- Confident in engaging and negotiating with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for business and participate in remote meetings as required.
- Good command of English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
