Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2/L3 IT support for users.
- Collaborate daily with international IT teams.
- Manage and configure computers using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Intra, and Virtual Desktops.
- Maintain data center operations, including virtual machines, databases, and security monitoring.
- Create IT user/admin processes and network security reports.
- Enhance IT security (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Log Analytics).
- Support mobile devices and drive IT projects on Microsoft 365 & Azure.
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English & Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and Azure Intra.
