Faststream Recruitment are working with a growing Hydrographic Surveying company that has just become part of an International Energy transition business. As part of their growth strategy we are currently recruiting for a number of roles.

Our client is looking for a number of Hydrographic Party chiefs on a permanent basis. Our client is open to candidates working purely on a rotation basis, alternatively they will happily look at candidates to be based from their Hampshire headquarters and spending circa 100+ days on offshore surveys with the rest of their time spent in the office and carry out the following duties:

  • Meeting with clients and liaison to identify and confirm project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
  • Developing detailed project plans from outset to handover, guiding clients and the project teams and revising these based on changing needs and requirements as they occur over the project lifetime
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery within budget
  • Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
  • Training of junior team members
You will be joining a growing business with the opportunity to get involved in various aspects of the work. In addition to base salary, their is an additional generous offshore allowance for time away from the office whilst on survey.
