In this role you will hold direct responsibility for all HSEQ requirements for a large fleet of offshore vessels covering Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for monitoring all vessel compliance and performance, ensuring they are operating safely and in line with company policy and procedure. You will support other departments with HSEQ compliance, as well as monitoring audits and the quality of ship operations amongst various other duties.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Offshore vessel experience: DSV, PSV, AHTS
- Master Mariner background desirable but not essential if other relevant offshore HSE experience
- Offshore and Onshore experience desirable
- Strong QHSE background
- Extensive knowledge of ISM and ISO
- HSE Management experience
- North sea experience desirable
