HSEQ Manager

Seeking a driven HSEQ Manager to join the marine division. This position involves developing and managing cutting-edge solutions for electric harbour craft and charging infrastructure.

1. Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
2. Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company management system and document
3. Ensure adherence to all local, regional, and national HSE regulations across our projects and operations.
4. Collaborate with senior management to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and decision-making processes.
5. Be updated with common operational risks and international safety standards associated with the operation of battery electric vessels and vehicles.
6. Support and assist all YGT business units related to HSE matters.
7. Responsible for developing and maintaining Emergency Response processes.
8. Participate in project risk assessments and safety reviews.
9. Execute and document audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of HSE programs
10. Address findings promptly and take corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related
  2. Min 5 years' experience in maritime or offshore industry
  3. Knowledgeable in IMO regulations and codes (Eg, ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISPS, MODU)
