Faststream is working with a global leader in maritime digital solutions, providing an innovative e-procurement platform to streamline purchasing processes for shipowners, managers, and suppliers.

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the European sales team, driving new business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, engaging with prospects, and promoting our e-procurement platform across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in direct selling and meet prospects across Europe
  • Manage the European sales team and oversee sales quota
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence
  • Manage the sales pipeline and generate revenue using Salesforce
  • Exhibit outstanding sales follow-up and closing skills
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Promote brand awareness within your market
  • Develop sales and prospecting strategies, defining activities to meet sales targets.
  • Identify prospects' needs, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate commercials
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a maritime-related field
  • 10+ years of consultative/solutions sales experience, ideally within the maritime industry
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required
