Responsibilities:

- Maintain a deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to the manning industry, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven track record in senior leadership roles within the manning or maritime industry.
