Location: Germany / Belgium / Holland

Key responsibilities:

New Business Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our extensive route network.
  • Develop and nurture leads to convert them into valuable accounts.
Account Management:
  • Cultivate existing accounts to maximize volume, revenue, and yield.
  • Collaborate with key clients to negotiate favorable terms across all routes.
Market Insights:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Use this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within the freight or logistics sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical abilities to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
