My Client is seeking a Freight Business Analyst to join their expanding team, providing essential support to the Freight Leadership Team through data analysis and business intelligence. This role will be responsible for improving sales performance by utilising Power Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, enabling more effective decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Power BI and CRM tools to track performance and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on freight budget and reforecasting requirements.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance pipeline management, sales KPIs, and portfolio management.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of scorecards and volume targets for the sales team.
  • Design and maintain sales KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales activities.
  • Document business processes and support test planning for new systems.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience in a B2B marketing or data-focused role, ideally within transport and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI and CRM platforms, data analysis, and KPI development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in data analytics or business intelligence are advantageous but not essential.
