Key Responsibilities
- Use Power BI and CRM tools to track performance and sales activities.
- Collaborate with finance teams on freight budget and reforecasting requirements.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance pipeline management, sales KPIs, and portfolio management.
- Support the creation and maintenance of scorecards and volume targets for the sales team.
- Design and maintain sales KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales activities.
- Document business processes and support test planning for new systems.
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in a B2B marketing or data-focused role, ideally within transport and logistics.
- Strong understanding of Power BI and CRM platforms, data analysis, and KPI development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in data analytics or business intelligence are advantageous but not essential.
