The Role:
You will be integral in ensuring the running of a seamless Food & Beverage Operation. Your key focus areas will be Guest satisfaction, crew management, inspections, HACCP monitoring and enforcement, development of people, financial responsibility and a continuous improvement plan.
About You:
To be considered for the role, your background will be in Cruise Food & Beverage Operations previously working in a Director level position. You will be very 'hands-on' and able to work with the utmost flexibility. You will be passionate to drive the best results possible and be available to start ASAP!
