Role Responsibilities:
- Install and integrate advanced navigation, acoustic, and computer-based systems on a variety of vessels, including new builds, retrofits, and offshore platforms. Assignments may involve work at UK ports, overseas shipyards, and offshore environments.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and provide on-site technical support for installed systems, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency for clients.
- Enhance your technical expertise and product knowledge to deliver tailored advice and solutions to customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to help users confidently operate and maximize the capabilities of our equipment, empowering them to achieve optimal performance in their roles.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems.
- Hold a technical qualification equivalent to HNC or higher in a relevant field.
- Possess a strong technical foundation and practical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- A valid full UK driving license is essential.
- Experience in delivering product training to customers, particularly focused on hands-on equipment operation, is highly desirable.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to provide exceptional support and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts and clearly conveying ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
