The role offers:
- Salary between $4750 - $5750 per month on board
- 17:8 weeks rotation
- Excellent benefits inc. family travel and private medical amongst others
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Sous/Exec Sous Chef either on a Cruise Ship or a 4/5 star Hotel/Restaurant.
- Extensive experience in international Cuisines, French is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing galleys in a large establishment.
