Faststream is recruiting for an Executive Sous Chef to join an award winning and market leading, luxury cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line who are seen as one of the leaders in the cruise industry for luxury travel. 

The role offers:
  • Salary between $4750 - $5750 per month on board 
  • 17:8 weeks rotation
  • Excellent benefits inc. family travel and private medical amongst others  
The desired candidate will have the following:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Sous/Exec Sous Chef either on a Cruise Ship or a 4/5 star Hotel/Restaurant. 
  • Extensive experience in international Cuisines, French is highly desirable. 
  • Proven experience managing galleys in a large establishment.
