The Role:
- Oversee all culinary operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and quality control.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of kitchen professionals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and cost-efficient operations.
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience for discerning guests.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef on board a luxury, mid-sized cruise ship.
- Expertise in international cuisines and innovative menu development.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Culinary certification and knowledge of HACCP standards.
- $11500 per month on board
