Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team onboard a prestigious luxury cruise line.

The Role:
  • Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring ultra high level dining standards.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs.
  • Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene (USPH/HACCP).
  • Manage food costs, stock control, and provisioning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef within the luxury Cruise sector. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine.
