The Role:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring ultra-high dining standards.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs, fostering excellence in execution.
- Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance (USPH/HACCP).
- Support food cost management, stock control, and provisioning.
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef within the luxury cruise sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine.
- Competitive salary of $7800 - $8200 DOE per month, paid on board.
