Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary team onboard a prestigious luxury cruise line.

The Role:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring ultra-high dining standards.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs, fostering excellence in execution.
  • Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance (USPH/HACCP).
  • Support food cost management, stock control, and provisioning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef within the luxury cruise sector.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine.
Benefits:
